Juan and Ruben SAVED the day!!!!! I tried to lay flooring myself because we suddenly had a guest coming and needed our spare room ready FAST. I was having a HECK of a time getting it right, and knew I needed an expert. We reached out to JMG Multiservices with what I knew was an unrealistic time-requirement to do the job… At first, they said it wasn’t possible, but to my amazement, they called and made arrangements to make it happen!!!! I had a basement room to finish with drywall,  the whole basement flooring to install and paint all the walls in the basement and main floor.  Juan did a nice job, was very professional and explained the process as he was working. Juan made suggestions to improve the project and provided continuous updates and was open to feedback. I am  satisfied with the quality of the new work Juan delivered while installing an additional layer of drywall on the ceiling. Juan demonstrated exceptional technical skills and attention to detail throughout the project. He efficiently installed the resilient sound insulation clips in conjunction with the hat/furring channel, creating a robust and sound-dampening ceiling structure. The installation was performed with precision, ensuring that the clips and channels were properly aligned and securely fastened, which is crucial for maintaining soundproofing effectiveness. Juan’s commitment to quality workmanship is evident in the final result. The ceiling not only looks great but also significantly reduces sound transmission, thanks to his meticulous approach and expertise in handling resilient sound isolation systems. Off course he has found some cracks in the ceiling and he made 2 nd tapping and mudding and painting to complete the job . It means he is granting his job and after any call he will show up for any support. I highly recommend Juan for any drywall installation or soundproofing projects.
